I am just recovering from being unwell last week. Once I had managed to rest, I found the space to practice a new Restorative Sequence I have been working on.

🏡 While practicing at home, it reminded me how wonderful it is to be able to practice at home, (we often run online courses too). However, it was also an important reminder, that we need to join classes too, allowing someone else to hold that space for you. 

At home, once you have managed to create the space to practice, perhaps get through the internet challenges to log on, then the doorbell ringing, and the cat asking to be put out, finding a nice candle to light … you know the score!

Nothing beats the energy and coming together in a class environment in person, we can all remember and relate to that truly magical feeling and experience.. Not to mention the little tweaks of a prop, and a gentle soft adjustment we can offer in person, to really allow you to melt and drop down into the body, safely, comfortably for YOU! Your body and your emotions and requirements as an individual, are sooo very different to the person next door to you!”
