Ever worked in an office and felt your shoulders hunched up around your ears? Suffered from back pain? And by 4pm the foggy ‘desk brain’ sets in? You’re not alone. In fact Katie doesn’t think she has ever met an office worker who doesn’t suffer from at least one of the above, or suffers from stress, or struggles to focus for any decent length of time.

Katie worked in finance for 16 years, and it was during the peak of her career in Asia, where her Yoga practise became invaluable. A lunch time Yoga class enabled Katie to return back to her desk feeling 100% refreshed and restored, and in a better position, both physically and mentally, to be able to deal with the pressures of the workplace.

Lunch time Yoga became so powerful, that Katie promised to one day share this experience, with as many fellow- office workers as possible, and provide them with the key to transform the physical and mental tension and fatigue; and in it’s place – provide alertness, clarity and stamina.
