If you have any injuries or concerns, you must email us prior to the retreat so we can discuss and advise accordingly.

Fundamentally anyone and everyone can benefit from using sound in a therapeutic way. However, there are certain conditions and circumstances that makes certain forms of sound work inappropriate as detailed below.

* A voice bath is not recommended for pregnant women under 12 weeks, due to the delicate nature of any pregnancy during this first trimester.

* Conditions such as Menieres and Epilepsy, which are sound sensitive, may be triggered by sound; metal implants, pins and screws may be affected by the vibrations; and the rhythm of a pacemaker may also be affected.

* An altered state of consciousness requires a certain amount of mental stability in order to ensure safe practice. Anyone with a serious mental health condition that is experiencing unmanaged symptoms i.e. suicidal, psychosis or diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia are not recommended to partake in the Voice Bath sessions.

Gentle reminder that due the popularity of these events, as with any ticketed event,  we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, in the event of being unable to attend.
