“Yoga Nidra ~ The 6 Week Sleep Series”
Join us to unwind and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. By dedicating one night a week to this 6 week series, you’ll have the opportunity to explore various healthy bedtime wind-down routines to calm the nervous system, such as facial massage, restorative yoga poses, and pressure point techniques, all aimed at promoting deep rest and enhancing sleep quality.
We will incorporate a Yoga Nidra practice into each session to enhance your transition into a restful state, and facilitate an easier transition into sleep, or return to sleep.”
