Join us for a nourishing relaxing Friday night Candlelit Yoga Nidra Class; Slip into your favourite jumper and joggers, bring a blanket and let us do the rest!

Who: Available to ALL including beginners, and in pregnancy.

How much:  £14 drop in, or voucher accepted  – Cash or Card Machine Available. 

How to book? There is no need to book, this is a drop in class, just come along!

What to bring: You will need a Yoga Mat (if you have one, if not something to lie on), comfy warm clothes and thick socks, a blanket, cushion and bolster (or rolled up bath towel) & eye pillow (if you have). 

Please ensure if pregnant, you pre order a bolster (from our shop) or bring 2 x Pillows for Katie to prop you comfortably.

* An guided Meditation or Yoga Nidra class requires a certain amount of mental stability in order to ensure safe practice. Anyone with a serious mental health condition that is experiencing unmanaged symptoms i.e. suicidal, psychosis or diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia are not recommended to partake in Group Yoga Nidra/Meditation Session*.
