Everything has Changed

Namaste all,

So looking forward to once again sharing practice with you. All is well with us, Amaya is continuing to grow at the speed of light, and as I begin to build up to my return to teaching, I continue to surrender more and more to change; the shape of my day, the shape of my new body, the shape of my thoughts ….

Now, more than ever, finding surrender is key; either in a physical forward bend or surrendering to constant change as life becomes even more of a balancing act.

I encourage you all to now and again surrender your plans for the day in favour of rest, surrender the pressure and relentless schedules we keep ourselves fixated too, and surrender the need to self critizise .. Let’s take some time out. I promise you it’s a game changer for us!

We are so excited to share an evening with our local superstar Nessi Gomes – who is once again back for another Sound Bath, and also our Friday night Yoga Nidra, for those who love to go out, but not out out!
