We create bespoke programmes inviting you to engage in wellbeing sessions and workshops whilst learning effective and efficient stress management techniques.

The advantages of a Wellness Day are numerous. By boosting moral and team bonding, a day focusing on your team’s mind, body and health reduces burnout,  improves concentration and provides a clearer sense of focus.

We offer one-off Corporate Yoga Classes as well as Course bookings for a range of practices to suit you. We can either come to your offices or arrange a space to hire. We also offer outdoor sessions when the weather permits!

  • Unwind your Spine – A class or workshop based on releasing tension and tightness
  • Meditation –  How to begin the practice of Awareness
  • Desk therapy sessions (Desk Based, Seated Option) –  aimed at countering the effects of long periods sat at a desk, with a variety of useful tips and short practices
  • Deep Relaxation – a journey into stillness, from guided meditations to Katies signature Yoga Nidra
  • Quick shifts from Overwhelm to Calm – a variety of simple and accessible techniques.
  • Introduction to Journaling  – the benefits are endless. When the thoughts are incoming, which often get stuck on repeat. Once we put pen to paper, it really helps us to create a stimulus ~ a gap between those thoughts
  • Reset the nervous System to Calm – A deeper understanding through the fight and flight, into rest and digest
  • Pressure Point Release – These simple yet highly effective techniques, involve applying pressure to certain parts of the body, to help find equilibrium once again
  • Breathwork – useful techniques to resetting the nervous system back into balance.
  • A discussion around Stress & Burnout, the effects and useful tips to combat
  • Rebalance – Restorative Yoga for the body and mind
  • Overcome obsessive thinking – cultivate the power to free your mind from the cycle of thoughts and anxiety.
