Autumns Here
Namaste All
It’s been a while!
Hope you are all well and enjoying this stunning Autumn weather. I love Autumn and the change it brings; none quite like awaiting the arrival of your first baby (any day now!), whilst also purchasing your first house ….
To say it’s been challenging and incredibly hectic few months is an understatement, but as I finally sit back and nest, I couldn’t be prouder of our new home, and all we have achieved.
A few years ago when I gave up my strong career in Finance, I renounced and said goodbye to what I thought was a secure financial grounding, and the thought of one day owning any roots at all.
Fast forward 6 years of Yoga Elements later; 5 of those years of committed to teaching full time, I am so pleased and grateful to be able to enjoy this family home with Sanjiv and our soon to be new addition!
It’s been far far from easy, I’ve spent years on the road, I’ve studied over 700 hours of Yoga Therapy and consistently pushed my dreams to limits, felt the deepest levels of fear, and kept going forward, learning to enjoy each of the chapters the best I can; through acceptance and the various forms of practice thorough Yoga.
It’s called Yoga ‘practice’ because it is a constant acceptance of learning; learning how to face the ups and downs, the bumps in the road, the great adventures, and the times of brutal reality. That is the real practice after all.
I hope you will join us as we continue to bring Yoga to all, at no matter what stage of your life, on and off the mat, there is always a practice to help you remain grounded and centred through the craziness of this journey called life!
Wishing you all a beautiful sunny weekend, make that time to turn your face towards the sun, and plan those dreams to make your reality.
