Through Katies own experience of Scoliosis, the last 25 years of her practice has dedicated countless hours of professional and personal studies, to Yoga for Backcare. Katie specialises in various conditions of the spine, and the resulting effects on the body and nervous system as a whole.
Katies practices are aimed initially at the education of mindful awareness, and onto releasing tension, which she feels is paramount after experiencing any type of trauma or working with sensation (including working specifically with fascia).
