In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected. We often find ourselves rushing from one task to another, with little time to breathe and recharge. 

That’s why we invite you to pause and rediscover the beauty of stillness with our Staycation Series. Close to home yet worlds away, we are offering a serene escape where you can truly reset and rejuvenate. With only 10 exclusive spaces, enjoy a cosy retreat, that feels like your very own sanctuary.  Savour each moment and reconnect with what matters most to you. Option B, offers a two-night stay providing the added luxury of a deeper exhale, offering the time fully rest and digest your experience.

What to expect?

Over the weekend, you’ll arrive, set your intentions, and ease into a soothing, sleep‑themed Yoga Nidra to settle the nervous system. We’ll explore therapeutic movement to invite freedom and spaciousness in the body, and take time to sink into restorative practices that deepen the feeling of coming home. Also included is a themed workshop where you’ll learn practical, take‑home skills. And yes—there will be delicious, chef‑prepared meals throughout!

No previous experience is required—our retreats are open, welcoming, and safe for everyone, from first‑timers to seasoned practitioners, and all classes are optional, for you to as much or little as you need.

 What is Included?

We have carefully created a one or two-night bespoke package, to ensure a perfect retreat experience.

This is an intimate retreat of just 10 places. 

Option A ~ The Staycation Retreat

  1. One night’s accommodation at the well renowned La Fregate Hotel. Comfortable, clean and private rooms on a single, double or twin basis, 
  2. Indulge in a delightful dinner menu, crafted just for our retreat, complemented by a delicious breakfast and charming light afternoon tea, enhanced by breath-taking views of St. Peter Port in our private dining room.
  3. Enjoy all classes and a workshop with Katie and Angele; including Opening and Closing circles, Candle-lit Yoga Nidra, gentle Hatha Yoga Flow, an Afternoon Workshop, and a Restorative Yoga Immersion.

Option B ~ The Deep Exhale

  1. Two night’s accommodation at the well renowned La Fregate Hotel. Comfortable, clean and private rooms on a single, double or twin basis. 
  2. Relish a bespoke dinner menu on both nights, complemented by daily breakfast and charming light afternoon tea, enhanced by breath-taking views of St. Peter Port in our private dining room.
  3. Enjoy all classes and a workshop with Katie and Angele; including Opening and Closing circles, Candle-lit Yoga Nidra, gentle Hatha Yoga Flow, an Afternoon Workshop, and a Restorative Yoga Immersion.

Additional information: –

  • All yoga classes and workshops are optional, and can be taken at your leisure
  • Rooms will be offered at first come first serve basis, and spaces are limited.
  • The retreat commences with the opening circle at 5pm on the Friday, (hotel check in from 2pm), and finishes after the immersion on Saturday evening (6.30pm). OR take the long exhale, and the added luxury of choosing Option B, offering another wonderful night to rest and digest and indulge in a further evening dinner delight, restful sleep and relaxing morning breakfast.
  • Option A Retreat Attendees will be requested to check out by 2pm on the Saturday afternoon
  • Option B Retreat Attendees will be requested to check out on the Sunday by 11am.
  • A pre order of the evening meals, will be requested prior to the retreat commencing.
  • Terms and conditions will be sent with booking forms, for completion at the payment of deposit; it is essential that you have full travel insurance in place for any of our retreats.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £200 will be required to secure your booking; the remaining balance will be required 6 weeks prior to the retreat.

Who For: Everyone, from beginners through to the experienced

What should I wear? Super comfy clothes to move, and relax in! We actively encourage comfort during our retreats

What do we need to bring? Your overnight bag! A yoga mat, blanket, and journal

Optional: Yoga bolster, eye pillow, yoga block & strap (we will have some available on pre request)

Retreat Facilitator:

 Katie has been running retreats for 10 years, teaching for 14, and practicing for 26 years. During which, she has developed a very inclusive practice for all, an approach which aligns with mindful movement, and focusing on the present moment, which can help dissolve tension, and release the mental chatter. It’s designed to bring a sense of calm and grounding, which can be especially beneficial in today’s fast-paced world.
