Thursday 20th June – SUMMER SOLSTICE, special event (No booking required) -Yoga Nidra and Burning Bowl Ceremony Overlooking the Bay (Port Soif) 6-7.15pm (please bring warm layers and a blanket)

Useful Information – Please Read
- Classes are Drop in Only – No booking required
- Classes are £14, cash or card machine payment accepted. Pls note as we communicated last year, Vouchers are no longer valid or accepted, when we changed our schedule from regular classes last year (refunds were offered on many occasions 🙂
- Please bring your own Mat – we are unable to supply spare (if you do not have, you can try a thick beach towel)
- Please wear comfortable clothes and warm layers, and bring a blanket. We try to keep moving if chilly, but you will need layers.
- Please ensure you bring sun cream and/or a hat, many of our venues do not have direct shade
- Please bring water
- Beginners and experienced are very welcome – we will provide options for all.
- If you have any specific health concerns, it is essential you message us and discuss beforehand.
- We will update the Facebook page and group if we are to cancel. Due the nature of outdoor classes, and the rapid change of weather, last minute cancellations sometimes do happen. However, we will aim to update any changes one hour before.
- Generally, if it is raining/drizzling or windy the class will be cancelled. A gentle breeze is workable but warm layers are required.

Yoga at the Park Classes will take place Infront of the duck pond, Saumarez Park
Yoga at the Beach Classes take place Infront of the Rockmount at Cobo Bay
Yoga overlooking the Bay at Port Soif ~ If you look directly at the kiosk, take the path onto the headland on the right, follow the path around until you see us up on the headland (3 mins walk from the kiosk)
Yoga Nidra at Les Cotils – If looking out Infront to the view from the main building, we will be tucked in on the right under the big tree, (little carpark next door)

As certified yoga teachers we are responsible for providing competent Yoga instruction; we are not responsible for ensuring student safety beyond providing such instruction.
It is your responsibility to inform us of health issues and to always practice with care and full awareness. We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness during your class with us.
It is your responsibility as a student to monitor each activity and determine whether it is appropriate for you to participate. You remain responsible for your safety and well-being.
If you are unsure about any of the above, please consult your doctor prior to starting the class.
The class will take place unless it is raining, please therefore bring warm layers and blankets.
